Getting started



- Click on the + icon on home screen

- Use the toggle switch to choose between OCR & back end transcription

- Take Picture of the card,crop & scan back side of card if required

- Ensure the image is clear and visible before saving it for transcription

- Place card on a flat surface

- Ensure there is no shadow or glare falling on card

- Touch the screen to zoom while focussing

- Swipe the card slab on contacts screen toward left

- Click on the icon to take action

- Long press on a card slab on home screen

- Select ALL / specific cards to be actioned

- Click on the options from top right

- Choose Export >> Google / Phonebook / CRM

- Menu >> Preferences >> Auto sync

- Check the applicable folders

- All incremental card scans will sync automatically

- Manually sync previously scanned cards

- Long press on a card slab on home screen

- Select ALL / specific cards to be actioned

- Options (top right) Export >> CSV

- Menu >> Settings >> Salesforce

- Login to your Salesforce Account

- Select Account or leads where the scanned cards need to sync

- Check the Auto Sync box if required

- Menu >> Settings >> MS Outlook

- Login to any of your Microsoft accounts

- Data syncs to that account

- Login through the URL emailed to you

- Use the same credentials as your APP

- Menu >> Temp card Stack

- Click on i icon for Info

- Click on a card slab

- Click on the eye icon on card slab

- Long press >> Options >> Notes

- Menu >> Settings >> Google >> Change Account
